Wheat Prices Surge Higher Monday With Russian Crop Concerns

July contracts of all three U.S. wheats posted double-digit gains Monday
with ongoing concerns that part of Russia's wheat crop may have suffered damage
from sub-freezing temperatures last week and possibly over the weekend. Corn
and soybeans posted small gains with unconfirmed talk President Biden's list of
higher tariffs on China may include used cooking oil.
